PICKET: DOJ files lawsuit against FLA voter over roll purge

The Justice Department filed a lawsuit against Florida on Tuesday alleging violations of the national voter registration act. This action follows Florida's own lawsuit against the Obama administration's Department of Homeland Security for refusing the state access to the federal database that could help identify who is a citizen and who is a non-citizen. Florida wants access this information in order to purge their voter rolls of individuals who cannot lawfully vote in the United States.

PICKET: Cornyn - 'too late' for compromises with Holder

Senator John Cornyn, Texas Republican, reamed Attorney General Eric Holder at the Senate Judiciary hearing Tuesday morning. Senator Cornyn called on Mr. Holder to resign following a list of grievances against the AG from the mishandling and stonewalling of documents pertaining to Fast and Furious, the botched ATF gun walking operation, to the recent national security intel leaks.
