brigham and women's hospital via associated press Charla Nash of Stamford, Conn., who was mauled two years ago by a neighbor's pet chimpanzee, is recovering in a nursing home from a face transplant performed in May at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Before and after photos above show the extent of her injuries and how she looks now. An undated family photo below shows Ms. Nash before the chimpanzee's attack. "I will now be able to do things I once took for granted," she said in the statement.
