If Major League Baseball wants to yank the rug out from under Atlanta, then the league should pay, according to congressional Republicans who introduced bills in Congress to revoke MLB's antitrust exemption and permit local governments to sue the league in the event it relocates or cancels an All-Star Game scheduled for their city.
