Pro Football Hall of Fame may not be wrong in jacket and ring policy stance for deceased

The family of legendary Raiders quarterback and 2016 HOF inductee Ken Stabler became a cause celebre last week when the Hall of Fame held a ring ceremony at halftime of the Bears-Vikings game.
