Un-American court demands Rowan County, North Carolina, quit praying

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit ruled 10-5 that Rowan County, North Carolina, commissioners couldn't open their government sessions with prayer. There's this story that's been going around the media for a few days now that paints a picture of a sympathetic boss gently cheering on his absent employee for letting him know she's missing work due to "focus" on her "mental health."
