SCOTUS, in Chevron, squashes Obama-like 'pen' and 'phone' presidencies

- The Washington Times

SCOTUS overturned a 40-year-old decision that had given federal agencies, and the presidents who led them, the power to exert oft-burdensome, costly controls on supposedly free American citizens, and that simultaneously tied the hands of courts to right these regulatory wrongs. Power back to the people.

Joe Biden performed as expected

- The Washington Times

President Joe Biden stumbled, bumbled, muttered and meandered during his debate against Donald Trump. And all the headlines go: Shocking! Shocker! What a shocking display! But why? Biden performed on stage as he always performs on stage -- one step shy of falling off the ledge.

Biden's America continues descent into socialism

- The Washington Times

Seventy-four percent of registered voters who favor Joe Biden for president want government to grow bigger because they believe it's the government's job to provide more and more -- and ever more -- services. By contrast, only 19 percent of Donald Trump's base of support says similarly. I

ISIS is in America because of Biden

- The Washington Times

President Biden has been lumbering about the White House for three-plus years, paying lip service to the need to control the border while all along opening doors wide for whomever, from wherever, with a mission of whatever, to cross and disappear. No wonder ISIS is taking advantage.

Biden is loved by globalists -- and that's bad for America

- The Washington Times

Pew Research, in a recent poll, ran with this headline: "Globally, Biden Receives Higher Ratings Than Trump." And for the undecided voter -- that's all you need to know. If globalists love the U.S. president, then the U.S. president is doing something wrong.

MAGA-hating Dems scurry to tag Trump as 'convicted felon'

- The Washington Times

President Biden sucks at pretty much everything, and has, since Day One in the White House. But since he's the apparent pick of the party for the Democrats' hoped-for 2024 presidential win -- well, they gotta do something. So bumper sticker branding it is.

Fauci, still crazy after all these years

- The Washington Times

Had the concept of God-given individual rights and liberties been in play during the coronavirus years, America never would have reached the point where then-COVID policy czar Anthony Fauci was allowed to dictate-while-pretending-Not-To-Dictate how free citizens live their lives.

America, due to Democrats, is utterly torn by talk of 'civil war'

- The Washington Times

In the wake of 12 jurors ridiculously finding Donald Trump guilty of 34 felony counts for crimes that had they even have been committed, would have been misdemeanors at best -- talk of civil war looming in America has returned in full force. This is the world the Democrats bring.

Biden's 12th-hour race to reclaim Black voters

- The Washington Times

President Biden, with Vice President Kamala Harris in tow, kicked off a cross-country tour to beg, err, remind Black voters to vote for him this November. He's doing that because increasingly polls are showing Black voters don't want to vote for him this November. Tick, tock. Time is a-tickin'.

Sinking pier perfect symbol of Biden presidency

- The Washington Times

President Biden ordered the U.S. military to build a $320 million floating pier to serve as a provision point for aid to Palestinians in Gaza. And now it's sinking. Of course it's sinking. Truly, is there a better symbol for the Biden administration than the pier that's sinking in waters off Gaza?

ICC, Iran, take note: Those who curse Israel will be cursed

- The Washington Times

The International Criminal Court signed arrest warrants for the leaders of Hamas for atrocities against the Jewish people, and then, in what should be seen as a sick joke but is not, issued the same for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his defense minister, Yoav Gallant. Take a warning, ICC.
