This Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, photo shows Yoplait Greek yogurt on display at a supermarket in Port Chester, N.Y. A lawsuit in 2012 said Yoplait Greek was misleadingly marketed because it contained an ingredient not listed in the federal standard of identity for yogurt. The suit was dismissed.
