This Monday, June 19, 2017 photo provided by the Wyoming Department of Transportation shows water from the flooded Wind River in Fremont County flowing over Highway U.S. 26 in Kinnear, Wyo. The highway was closed to traffic in both directions. Several small state highways nearby were also closed because of the high water. Rain over the weekend caused flooding along rivers and streams already running high from mountain snowmelt. (Wyoming Department of Transportation)
