Stéphane Mbia (born 20 May 1986) is a Cameroonian footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder or centre back for Sevilla. Mbia has also represented the Cameroon national football team on 41 occasions since winning his first cap in 2005. He has scored a total of 3 goals in his international career, scoring once against Liberia during the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations qualification on the 3 June 2007 and twice versus Tunisia during the quarter-finals of the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana on 4 February 2008.
