Rona Amir Mohammad (left) was the first wife of Mohammad Shafia, who is on trial for her death and the deaths of his daughters Zainab, Sahar and Geeti. Canadian prosecutors allege the father instigated "honor killings" because the girls had strayed from traditional ways. His first wife was living with the family and drowned with the girls in a submerged car.
