A police report says Fakih was driving with a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when she was arrested for drunken driving in the Detroit enclave of Highland Park. Officers say a half-full wine bottle on the floorboard behind the driver’s seat. Authorities gave her a breath test that showed a 0.19 percent blood-alcohol level, and a test about an hour later at the police station was 0.20.
