ASSOCIATED PRESS Peruvians voted Sunday in their country's closely contested presidential runoff election pitting Keiko Fujimori, daughter of imprisoned ex-President Alberto Fujimori, against Ollanta Humala, a cashiered army lieutenant colonel. Unofficial tallies showed a narrow win for Mr. Humala.
