TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Shortly before the European Union envoy met Iran's nuclear negotiator in Tehran on Wednesday in a last-ditch attempt to salvage Iran's nuclear deal with world powers, Iran's Intelligence Ministry announced it had detained two Europeans.
