John “Jack” Callis, the Baltimore Ravens fan accused of assaulting a pair of Washington Commanders supporters after a game on Oct. 13, surrendered to authorities on Monday.
The 24-year-old Baltimore resident is charged with three counts of second-degree assault and one count of first-degree aggravated assault.
Police identified Callis through a video that went viral on social media. The recording showed a man wearing a Lamar Jackson jersey attack two men wearing burgundy and gold in Baltimore’s Federal Hill neighborhood.
The Ravens supporter knocked one Commanders fan to the ground with a right hook before shoving another person into a wall.
“I don’t lose,” the Baltimore fan says in the video while flexing his arm.
Police identified the victims as 23-year-old men, but authorities did not provide any information about potential injuries.
