Letter to the editor: Where are the Black nominees?

OPINION:

I, a little old White lady, respectfully submit a suggestion to President-elect Donald Trump: Please stop overlooking our Black patriots in your Cabinet selections. Some good people to consider are Reps. Byron Donalds, Wesley Hunt and Burgess Owens, Sen. Tim Scott, former Rep. Allen West and commentator Kim Klacik.

We won this election with the help of 20% of Black male voters. It would be wise to remember as much.
