Andes Logistics Integration was founded by Cristobal Huidobro in Chile in 2006 as a company dedicated to logistics, foreign trade consultancy (commercial, tax, and customs), and the national distribution of cargo on varying scales. The company currently has offices in Peru, Paraguay, Bolivia, Colombia, Argentina, the United States, China, and Chile. Its main services include air, sea, and land transportation, in addition to storage and distribution. “In Chile, we consistently rank among the top 3 in dry cargo maritime exports. When it comes to the specific commodity of salmon, we are the number 1 export shipper. Additionally, we have a strong presence in air cargo exports and consistently place in the top 4 in the FFW ranking,” explained Huidobro. “In short, we have a robust position wherever we operate, both in terms of exports and imports, and always secure a spot in the top 5 freight forwarder rankings,” he added.

Andes Logistics Integration is currently the first Latin American company in the sector to have truly digital processes. “Being chosen as the official and strategic partner of the most digitized company in the world, California-based Flexport, was essential to this as it significantly contributed to improving and streamlining our processes. Additionally, Andes Logistics Integration stands out as a local hero in Latin America, making this a crucial strategic alliance for both freight forwarders,” highlighted the CEO.

In an industry like Logistics and Cargo, characterized by high technicality and reliance on strong relations with suppliers, the right personnel must be employed, and attention must focus to customer relations. “Customer relations are paramount for the company because our business depends on it. We strive to be close to our customers to be a truly strategic partner. We offer them continuous service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a person who knows and answers the phone, in addition to the available digital platform. As for our internal processes, they are 100% digital and automated, which is why we are confident that US suppliers and customers will come to us to manage their shipments” Huidobro concluded.
