SAN JACINTO, Calif. (AP) - A multi-car crash Thursday night east of Los Angeles killed three people and injured two others, authorities said.
Three cars were involved in the crash at Seventh Street and the Ramona Expressway in San Jacinto, according to tweets from the Riverside County Fire Department.
Two people, one with major and one with minor injuries, were taken to a hospital.
San Jacinto is about 75 miles (120.7 kilometers) east of Los Angeles.
