FREMONT, Neb. (AP) - Authorities have identified a body found near the Fremont Lakes State Recreation Area as that of a woman who had been missing for two weeks.
The body is that of Michelle Sell, 61, who was reported missing May 2, the Fremont Police Department said. Police detectives and the Douglas County Crime Lab were called Thursday to assist Dodge County sheriff’s deputies after Sell’s body was found with the help of a drone, the Omaha World-Herald reported.
An autopsy was set to be conducted Friday in Douglas County. No other information on how Sell may have died was released.
