PHOENIX (AP) - The Phoenix Fire Department says a woman and her dog are dead following a house fire Wednesday morning.
The department said firefighters removed the woman from the house and that she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her identity was not released and the department says cause of the fire is under investigation.
