CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo. (AP) - The Latest on a Colorado man suspected of killing the mother of his child (all times local):

Prosecutors have 90 days to decide whether to seek the death penalty against a man who has pleaded not guilty to killing his fiancee.
Patrick Frazee entered the plea Friday in the death of 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth, starting the clock on the 90-day deadline under Colorado law.
District Attorney Dan May said the law only allows prosecutors to seek capital punishment if at least one of over a dozen factors in the law is met. He didn’t say whether any of them apply to Frazee.
The factors include things like killing someone in an especially heinous way or forming an agreement to kills someone. Frazee is charged with murder and three counts of solicitation to commit murder.
His girlfriend allegedly told police that Frazee told her he killed Berreth with a baseball bat after repeatedly asking her to kill Berreth, the mother of his daughter.

A Colorado man suspected of killing the mother of his child has pleaded not guilty to a murder charge.
Patrick Frazee entered the plea Friday in the city of Cripple Creek in case involving the killing of Kelsey Berreth, who was last seen alive last year on Thanksgiving Day.
Investigators have testified that Frazee’s girlfriend told police he used a baseball bat to fatally beat Berreth, then burned her body and planned to dump the remains in a landfill or river.
Her body hasn’t been found.
Their 1-year-old daughter is in the custody of her maternal grandparents.
