ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Authorities say a man and two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy in Albuquerque.
Bernalillo County Sheriff’s officials say Evyn Scott had been reported missing before his body was found last Thursday.
They say 19-year-old Scott Spencer and two 17-year-old boys have been taken into custody.
It’s unclear if Spencer has a lawyer.
The Albuquerque Journal reports Scott was lured into a car last Thursday and driven to the East Mountains before he was thrown onto the road and shot multiple times.
His body was found on the side of New Mexico Highway 14.
Prosecutors say Spencer is jailed on suspicion of one count of kidnapping and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
They’re still determining charges for the two teens.
