Running back Adrian Peterson agreed Wednesday to re-sign with Washington Redskins on two-year, $8 million deal, according to multiple reports.

Both sides were interested in a reunion after a successful 2018 season in which Peterson ran for 1,042 yards. Peterson, who turns 34 later this month, joined the Redskins last August after second-rounder Derrius Guice went down with a torn ACL.
