MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Prosecutors say a dispute over music ended with a fatal stabbing outside at a Minneapolis home.

Twenty-nine-year-old Quinten Osgood has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Anthony Madison. Osgood is expected to make his first court appearance later Tuesday.

A criminal complaint says Osgood was attending a party at Madison’s home Jan. 3 and the two started arguing over music. The complaint says as the argument grew more heated, Madison ordered Osgood to leave. It says Osgood damaged a gate as he left. Madison confronted him outside and the two fell to the ground fighting. Prosecutors say Osgood stabbed Madison during the fight, killing him.
