MOUNT HOLLY, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say an acquaintance shot a man in the back of the neck and buried his body in a makeshift grave in the New Jersey Pinelands.
Prosecutors in Burlington County have charged 55-year-old Charles McGee of Pemberton Township with murder, desecration of human remains and weapon offenses.
McGee is accused of killing 48-year-old William Cline Jr. of Pemberton Township. Cline was reported missing on Aug. 20.
A person riding a motorcycle discovered Cline’s remains buried in Brendan Byrne State Forest on Saturday.
It could not be determined if McGee has an attorney.
