DENVER (AP) - An autopsy report indicates a 7-year-old Denver boy who authorities say was killed by his teenage aunt died from neck compression and blunt force injuries.

KUSA-TV reports the autopsy of Jordan Vong was made public Thursday after he was reported missing in early August and found dead inside his home the next day.

According to the report, Vong had cuts and bruises on his body, and the medical examiner found a “deep soft tissue hemorrhage” in part of his neck.

Prosecutors charged 16-year-old Jennie Bunsom with first-degree murder and fatal child abuse.

Her attorneys are seeking to block prosecutors’ effort to try Bunsom as an adult.

According to court records, Bunsom was upset with Vong and put her hand over his mouth and plugged his nose.
