Sometimes you need just five extra yards no matter how you can get it.

Locked in an important and back-and-forth game with the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson found an acrobatic way to get just a bit farther.

Carson executed not a mere hurdle over a defensive player, but a full flip after the Panthers player caught his feet and sent him flipping upside down.

Carson landed with one knee touching the ground, which likely would have ruined a perfect score of 10 had a gymnastics judge been watching.
