SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Police say a Vermont teacher is accused of secretly taking cellphone photos up the skirt of a student.
Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington says it got a complaint last week about 31-year-old Bryan Lynam, a music teacher. The complaint said he took inappropriate pictures of a student. The school started an investigation.
Police said Lynam was issued a citation on a charge of voyeurism and is scheduled for a court appearance April 12. It said police searched residences and multiple electronic devices. The school placed Lynam on administrative leave.
It wasn’t immediately known if Lynam had a lawyer and a phone number couldn’t be found.
