ENGLEHARD, N.C. (AP) - A North Carolina fire chief has died after a training session.

WITN-TV in Greenville reports Hyde County Emergency Services says Engelhard Fire & Rescue Chief Tony Spencer III went into cardiac arrest at his home following a hose certification class last Thursday.
