Mayor seeks Democratic nomination for re-election bid

BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger is seeking the Democratic nomination in his bid for re-election.

The city’s Democratic nominating caucus meets Sunday evening at the Burlington High School.

Weinberger, who is seeking his third term, faces independent candidates, Carina Driscoll, Bernie Sanders’ stepdaughter, and Infinite Cucleasure in the March race.
