ATHENS, Greece (AP) - Greek league leader Olympiakos has signed former Saint-Etienne coach Oscar Garcia, a day after sacking Takis Lemonis.
Olympiakos did not provide any details Friday on the duration or terms of its contract with the 44-year-old Spaniard.
Garcia left Saint-Etienne in November, after a humiliating 5-0 home loss to bitter rival Lyon. He had been coach there for five months.
The Piraeus-based team says it has offered Lemonis an unspecified job in a different capacity.
