SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - Gov. Susana Martinez has appointed a state District Court judge and a state Court of Appeals staff attorney to fill two vacancies on the appellate court.
Judge Jennifer Attrep of Santa Fe will fill the vacancy created by Judge Timothy Garcia’s resignation while Daniel Gallegos of Albuquerque will fill the vacancy created by Judge Jonathan Sutin’s resignation.
Martinez’s office announced the appointments Friday.
