The president of Liberty University said students at his evangelical Christian school sniffed out early on that Attorney General Jeff Sessions was never a true supporter of President Trump.
Jerry Falwell Jr., a staunch advocate for Mr. Trump, said students were less than thrilled when Mr. Sessions stopped at Liberty University in Virginia on the eve of the 2016 election as part of a bus tour.
Strangely @jeffsessions appeared unannounced at @LibertyU the night before the 2016 election on a bus tour. I told students but could get almost none of them to come hear him. Could it be our students were the first to see he was a phony pretending to be pro- @realDonaldTrump ?

Mr. Trump has criticized Mr. Sessions over his reluctance to block special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation and reiterated his calls this week.
..This is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further. Bob Mueller is totally conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work are a disgrace to USA!
