LOGAN, W.Va. (AP) - A female West Virginia high school teacher is accused of sending explicit photos to multiple male students.

News outlets quote the Logan County Sheriff’s Office as saying that Tracy Miller was arrested Friday and charged with three counts of distribution or exhibition of obscene matter to minors. Miller has taught health at Logan High School since January.

School administration contacted the sheriff’s office Thursday after a student said he had pictures of Miller saved on his phone. School resource officer Sgt. Nick Booth interviewed Miller, who said she had sent multiple nude pictures through Snapchat to possibly as many as five students.

She has been released on a personal recognizance bond. It’s unclear if she has a lawyer.

The investigation is ongoing. Her employment status is unknown.
