LILBURN, Ga. (AP) - Police are looking for a suspect in the shooting of a pizza restaurant employee in Georgia.
News outlets report a Gwinnett County police report says Quinn Harned had just closed Marco’s Pizza in Lilburn on Monday night when a man tried to rob him. Cpl. Deon Washington said in a news release that Harned was shot in the chest.
He is expected to survive.
Police do not believe the suspect got away with valuables.
Washington said detectives are piecing together the sequence of events and will canvass the shopping center for potential evidence.
