NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - The Delaware National Guard is honoring high school seniors who are choosing to join the guard out of high school.
The Delaware National Guard says it will honor 40 recent enlistees Thursday evening at the Delaware National Guard headquarters in New Castle.
Maj. Gen. Carol Timmons, the leader of the Delaware National Guard, is hosting the event. She joined the Delaware National Guard after graduating from high school.
