PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Pennsylvania motorists are urged to use caution and allow extra time for the commute because of icy conditions on roads following the winter storm.

A vehicle slipped off Route 1 near Creek Road and slammed into a snow bank in Chadds Ford Wednesday.

Two people were injured.

Speed restrictions have been lifted from the state’s major highways, but local roads may still have snow and ice.
