FARGO, N.D. (AP) - There have been no reports of property damage from tornadoes in the northern Red River Valley.
Several twisters were spotted Wednesday afternoon west and southwest of Grand Forks, and the National Weather Service issued tornado warnings for parts of the region.
KFGO (https://bit.ly/2sXse14 ) meteorologist Tom Szymanski (shuh-MAN’-skee) says the twisters were small “land-spout” funnels, which aren’t associated with classic supercell storms.
