JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - A Florida man has been convicted for a second time of fatally shooting a woman during an argument in his SUV.

The Florida Times-Union (https://goo.gl/rHgppS ) reports that jurors found 25-year-old Frederick Lee Wade guilty Wednesday of second-degree murder. He faces life in prison at a sentencing next month. An appeals court tossed a previous murder conviction because of improper jury instructions.

Authorities say Wade and 20-year-old Kalil McCoy had been arguing following a night out in 2011 when Wade pointed a gun at McCoy and repeatedly told her to shut up. After shooting her, Wade dumped McCoy’s body in a wooded area, where it was found the next day.

Three other young men who had been in the SUV were charged as accessories.
