ESTCOURT STATION, Maine (AP) - Maine’s wacky weather has changed swiftly from a rare summertime frost to powerful thunderstorms.
The National Weather Service reports that the temperature dipped below freezing to 31 degrees in Escourt Station, on the Canadian border.
