FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - The Latest on a fatal car accident in California that was livestreamed on Instagram (all times local):

The younger sister of a teenager driver who lost control of a car while she was livestreaming on Instagram says she doesn’t blame her for the crash that killed their middle sister.
Twelve-year-old Evelyn Sanchez tells Sacramento television station KTLX (https://bit.ly/2vZdXTb) a tire blew out and there was nothing her 18-year-old sister, Obdulia Sanchez, could have done to prevent the fatal crash.
Their 14-year-old sister, Jacqueline Sanchez, was ejected from the car and killed.
The California Highway Patrol says investigators will examine the car later this week.
Evelyn says the family spoke to Obdulia and that the teenager told them she wishes she had been the one who died.
She said in the interview Tuesday that her sister “has done a lot of stuff” but didn’t elaborate.

The 14-year-old survivor of a deadly car crash that was livestreamed on Instagram says she isn’t mad at anyone and doesn’t blame the driver for the wreck.
Rather, KSEE (https://bit.ly/2v2bYRB ) reports that Manuela Seja says she blames social media, which has taken over people’s lives.
The teen says everything is affected by social media and it’s only going to become more prevalent.
Police say 18-year-old Obdulia Sanchez was driving the car Friday when it veered onto the shoulder of a road about 75 miles (120.7 kilometers) northwest of Fresno.
In the backseat were Seja and Sanchez’s 14-year-old sister, Jacqueline Sanchez, who was ejected from the car and killed in the crash.
Seja suffered a leg injury. The driver was livestreaming on Instagram and recorded part of the crash.
The California Highway Patrol says the driver was wearing a seatbelt but not the others.

A teenage driver lost control of her car while she was livestreaming on Instagram and recorded part of the crash that authorities say killed her younger sister in California.
After a gap in the livestream, the driver is seen leaning over the body of the girl, trying to shake her awake and saying she was sorry. She said she expected to spend the rest of her life in prison but doesn’t care.
Authorities say Obdulia Sanchez, 18, was driving the car Friday when it veered onto the shoulder of a road about 75 miles (120.7 kilometers) northwest of Fresno.
Police say she overcorrected, causing the vehicle to swerve and overturn into a field, ejecting her sister.
Jacqueline Sanchez, 14, of Stockton died in the crash. Another girl, also 14, was in the backseat and survived with a leg injury.
