PHOENIX (AP) - Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is getting ready to start his third term.
He’s scheduled to be sworn in Wednesday morning by newly appointed Arizona Supreme Court Judge Andrew Gould at a county ceremony inside the Board of Supervisor’s Auditorium.
Montgomery was first elected county attorney in a special election in 2010 and was re-elected in 2012 and 2016.
