Police: Infant boy fatally stabbed

BUCKEYE, Ariz. (AP) - Police say a 5-month-old boy in Buckeye has died after being stabbed in the neck on Monday.

Buckeye police say the boy’s mother is a potential suspect.

Police responded to a 911 report of an infant who had been stabbed at a home in Buckeye after 12:30 p.m.

The baby was flown to a local hospital, where he later died. Police haven’t made an arrest.
