CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Forecasters say parts of West Virginia could get a thin coating of ice.

The National Weather Service has issued a freezing rain advisory from Friday night through Saturday afternoon. The advisory area includes the mid-Ohio Valley and northern and eastern sections of the state.

Accumulations should range from a trace to two-tenths of an inch, which could cause hazardous travel in some areas.
