MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) - Cobb County Police Chief John Houser will be retiring at the end of the month.

Chief since 2010, Houser’s last day is Jan. 27.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (https://on-ajc.com/2jBbRmr ) Houser will be leaving after serving with the department for 32 years.



County officials say an interim chief will be named before Houser officially leaves.
