GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Greenville County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man and charged him with a shooting death at a nightclub earlier this week.

Sheriff Will Lewis told local media outlets Wednesday that security video led to the arrest of 28-year-old Randolph Donnell Bennett of Mauldin.

Twenty-one-year-old Montrell Jonterius Coker was shot several times after a fight early Monday at the club.

Bennett is charged with murder. It was not known if he has an attorney.

Deputies were called to the club shortly before 3 a.m. Monday and found Coker dead next to a vehicle. A female victim was also struck and suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Lewis says investigators don’t know what started the fight.
