PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Hazy, hot and humid conditions are blanketing southeast Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for Delaware, Philadelphia, eastern Chester, eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks counties for Tuesday afternoon.

Forecasters say the heat will combine with the humidity to make it feel like it’s 100 degrees (38 C) or hotter.

Officials say people should drink plenty of water and avoid prolonged exposure outside.
