COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A second man has been charged in the March shooting death of a man trying to sell a car in South Carolina.
Columbia police told local media outlets that 18-year-old Terry Johnson has been charged with murder and conspiracy.
Johnson is charged in the March 30 shooting death of 28-year-old Marvin Venson Webber, who was trying to sell a vehicle to three men.
Nineteen-year-old Donte Anthony Foskey was arrested in April and charged with accessory after the fact of murder and possession of a stolen vehicle.
Police say Foskey was at Webber’s shooting and left the scene and failed to call police.
Investigators are seeking a third suspect.
It was not known if Johnson has an attorney.
