WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (AP) - Strong winds are being blamed for a roof collapse at a business in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Although some folks claimed to see a tornado in the area Thursday, so far experts believe straight-line winds are to blame for the damage at Heraeus (her-AY’-us) Materials Technology in West Conshohocken. That’s about 10 miles northwest of Philadelphia.

There were more than 20 employees inside at the time, but nobody was hurt.

It wasn’t immediately clear how strong winds were in the area. The incident happened about 4 p.m. during a series of severe storms.
