VAIL, Colo. (AP) - Krista Driscoll has been appointed editor of the Vail Daily.
The newspaper reported Monday (https://bit.ly/2oEimag ) Driscoll succeeds Ed Stoner, who has been named director of content for the newspaper’s parent company, Nevada-based Swift Communications.
Stoner worked at the Vail Daily for 13 years, seven of those as editor.
Driscoll previously supervised arts and entertainment coverage at the newspaper. She also worked as a copy editor and lead copy editor there.
From 2013 to 2015, she worked at the Summit Daily News, also part of Swift Communications. She established a regular arts and entertainment section and supervised the newspaper’s magazine division.
