ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - University of Central Florida police officers are investigating several cases of credit card fraud on the campus.

The university said Thursday in a news release that fraud is occurring at vendor locations on campus, such as restaurants and retailers.

University-controlled areas such as financial aid and housing aren’t affected.

UCF police have received 10 reports of credit card fraud.

In many of the cases, fraudulent charges appeared on statements after a card was used at the Student Union, Knights Plaza and the John T. Washington Center.
